Executive Summary

Tim offers more than 25 years of experience in executive leadership in senior living. He has honed his leadership skills with some of the country’s most progressive organizations in our industry including Erickson Retirement, Shell Point Retirement Community, and Cypress Cove Retirement Community. Tim has served numerous CEO’s and other senior executives as a certified executive coach. He works with nonprofit boards conducting board education, strategic planning, and executive search and transition. Tim also provides organization and operations assessments as well as strategic planning processes. He is best known for his development of customized succession planning processes and leadership development programs.
